Sales Associate (Former Employee) says"This company really displays themselves as being family oriented and Christian based, however they treat their employees like dirt. If you do not kiss the right people's a.. you will go nowhere in this company. Promotions are based solely on friendships rather than qualifications. Gold badges dump their work on seasonal and part time employees and supervisors talk to you like you're below them. And do not work for Bronner's if you have kids because my supervisor told me "you lose seniority when you run off and have kids". The ONLY upside to this job is the few awesome friendships you make with the seasonal employees and the pay during the holiday season."
Sales Associate (Former Employee) says"The was flexible and I enjoyed the people I worked with . Enjoyed the interaction with customers. The supervisors are always willing to train you on a new job. So you where always learning something new."
Catalog Operator (Former Employee) says"Working at Bronners was only a seasonal part time position which paid minimum wage. I applied for the postion to show future employers that I have customer service back round.A typical day at work was fun, I had the chance to talk to quite a few people from the US and Canada. And I never had a problem with anyone of my customers or co-workers. What I learned is that being a catalog operator is not any different then being a tech support specialist. The Bronner family is very nice to work for, and they are very generous. Like I previously stated, I didnt have a problem with any of my co workers or management, I really enjoyed working at Bronners. And I enjoyed working my shift which was from 10 am to 5pm. Not like that will ever work in the real world..;)discounts on merchandise20 minute lunch"
